Hello, It was punctual as I reached at time but there was a UNHYGIENIC in the bus as the sleepers condition was DISGUSTING. I have seen condoms at my site which was AWFUL. Please check this problem of cleanliness as we travel a long journey of around 16-17 hours and if we got this condition of place where we gonna sleep then it is really UNPLEASANT. I am really really DISAPPOINTED with the redbus services...
First of all they did not send a neeta bus but a laxmi bus. Then it broke down in mumbai. Plus they stopped the bus at 5 pm for dinner and 5 am for tea breakfast. Worst experience!!
The bus service was very good. Even I reached my destination 2 hours before the scheduled time. The time to reach at destination is 11am but they dropped at 9.
