Terrible service with no regard to passenger safety. The boarding time was at midnight and the boarding point given was a desolate area with lots of strays dogs. Myself and my wife were not allowed to wait at the travels office (SRT travels)which was nearby and the agents there lied that the bus wont stop there, just because they run a competing service to SRS travels and I did the mistake of booking online through redbus. Shall not be using this service anymore.
1. Departure time was 11:55 but the bus arrived at the point, an hour late. Why will they not mention the correct timings online? 2. Rash driving. The bus reached Bangalore in just 3 and a half hours. Apart from the few who slept in that short time, many others were literally thrown from their beds. What a speed and the driver didnt bother to slow down at the speed breakers. Thanks to GOD, we reached Bangalore safely.
