awesome ride didnt evemn felt like travelling
Bus was late by 1 hour and the journey time was up by half an hour. That means I reached Guntur 1 1/2 hour late. When I asked about the late, the staff behaved rudely.
This time i had a bad & bitter experience of travel by booking through redbus. I reserved seat No.2 which is front having more leg room & aile seat while i am boarding i observed a lady seating in neibouring seat, i requested staff that i am having knee pain that is why i particularly opted front aile seat and requested that i sit in my reserved seat but they didnt allow me to sit in my reserved seat and forced me to sit in seat NO.32 which far behind and i suffered a lot with knee pain as i need to fold my leg all the journey time. I wonder while i am booking the seat both front seats are not booked and i opted seat No.2 which is aile, later If a lady book next seat, why should i go to far back leaving my reserved seat empty. your site is providing option that if a lady reserved first gents couldnt book neighbouring seat which is good but if a gent book first a seat same logic need to apply for booking the neighbouring seat you should not allow lady passenger to reserve the neighbouring seat of a gents seat.
The Bedlights, charging points were not working and the AC was little less it could not reach the lower berth sufficuently and thanks for a safe journey.
