Good punctuality and driver is flexible for stop related
Very nice bus ..all is good .... driver is very smart drive so Im is very very happy
Kpn is always delayed. Do not depend on the time mentioned in bus ticket. Waiting area is good. Bus quality is good. Bus operator can intimate the delay if any in advance.
The Bus arrived half an hour late and seats were totally dirty. The bus had huge vibrations and travelling was horrible, as we cant able to sleep. We complained to the driver and he replied tyre was totally damaged and thats y the vibration is there. If the tyre was damaged then y the hell they want to risk peoples life??? Bus reached 1 hour late to destination. KPN spoiling their name and credibilty with these kind of issues, being a frequent traveller in KPN, I had sour experience in last few journeys.
