Very bad experience on SRS Travel. my son doesnt like their service especially the last lower sleep bed was very bad. the SRS bus is good for loading the luck-age. SRS get got in RTO Bangalore Police due to more load on luck-age.
Punctuality was terrible. Started late. Reached Bengaluru almost 90 minutes late.
The bus was neat and clean. The sitting seats felt more jerks than the sleeper ones. The bus wasnt punctual on our onward journey. They were late by 2 hours due to offloading of their goods. The thing is I had to ask them to turn on lights and charging points after which they did. Also they gave water bottles only after pointing out that we have paid for them. But the drivers were kind enough to stop for restrooms. Also the places they stopped for food were decent and none of us fell sick eating there.
bus curtains were very untidy . . . need to come by 6 am to bangalore so that it will be easy for commuters
