I can give the rating average only to bus quality, the punctuality is very worst on that day... its almost 1hr late..very bad... there is no proper intimation to traveler and the given contact no also switch off...
Need to improve bus inside facility...It a very old bus..Punctuality and staff behavior is good
very poor service There is no concerned person to inmate or attend the call to guide the passenger.
Staff should show some good behavior like , atlest they should be in a mood to answer passengers questions like ,when will the bus reaches its destination.
