This travels is Known for quality service. I have traveled many times. Unfortunately the service in the above bus is worst due to the poor engine and hard ware maintenance. The engine gave horrible sound making me difficult to sleep. Many times the sound that came from the bus seems to be of going for collapse and made me fear. The attendant said the issue is not new and its for about few days and hence nothing would happen. Another horrible issue is loading the parcels at various cities. I think they combine travel and parcel service. Public carrier lorry cum bus service is the correct definition.
The conductor is a. Very nice person . I have travelled in this bus several times. The travel has always been comfortable. But last night, they took kovilpatti route and the road was horrible. Very bad road and sleepless night for all. The bus was stopped to buy snacks at kealeral and stopped again go deliver it some where outskirts of cbe.
Ask the service provider to Convert the Bus to A/c coach that will help the Passengers, its safety too..
