Comfortable, started on time, but arrived late, had a good number of breaks in between.
Bus 9991 supposed to be teaching chennai by 7am reached only by 9am Very much disappointed
1. AC very very cold in front half of bus kept at 18 degrees always. back half very warm. 2. Shifting of gears (no automatic gear for a mercedes benz bus)by driver very jerking and no able to sleep 3. Lot of leakage in AC from various gaps in ceiling making it cold 4. Suspension of bus very bumpy for a mercedes benz bus 5. not punctual for a sunday night journey 6. cleaner not polite 7. TV box in very bad location...knocks on head all the time..painful 8. Will not take this bus next time...KPN was supposed to be good once upon a time
