Hi team this is first time I would like mentioned that yesterday my journey is bad in SRS Travels from thiruvanantapurm to Bangalore, Dear Red bus team could plz clear me about below mentioned points.1) how it is possible to travel 13-14 hes without any break? 2) I catch my bus @7pm yesterday and they didnt stop for dinner or tea break also. 3) the above points are not applicable in this bus service then at least driver or cleaner should inform us so that we would get some alternative arrangement for dinner as per our requirement. 1.
SRS travels always playe movies late into the night. During this travel, which started at 8:00 pm, 2 movies were played back to back. Please restrict to one, as some of us need to sleep.
The staff should start learning to respect travellers and think from their perspectives. The bus kept turning the inside lights on and off.. They should stop doing such things which wakes up the sleeping people inside the bus for no reason. They started playing a movie from interval. Who are they playing the movie for? For the customers of for themselves? When the max ppl are from a common state they should play movies pertaining to their language. Not what the staff wants to see. The blankets seem soo dirty. Please have them Washed!
The staff didnt put in any effort to tell where we were breaking and for how many minutes. The staff however did tel me where I could get my next bus for travel within my destination city. The phone charging electrical point didnt work. Neither did the overhead reading lights. I was looking forward to few hours of reading. Had no option but to watch two back to back movies in some Japanese/Russian/who knows what regional language. One of them seemed decent though.. was with a women lead and about a women boxer. Another was a straight out sicko movie in which all guys appeared tharki. The neighbors of my seat and around found this thoroughly entertaining. They were kind of impolite too. May not have been a good ride if I were a lady. My immediate neighbor (in a group of 4) came slightly intoxicated (could tell from his breath) and was demanding the window seat which in case was mine. Luckily his friends calmed him into the seat next to mine. He appealed to conductor too but the conductor cleared the issue. He later offered me his food too (since I didnt buy because we were never told where we were gonna break) which I didnt take (since I knew he needed water that he didnt carry). Gave him water when he needed. Cheers
