The journey was very comfortable and as usual vrl is the best.. The only thing that was irritating was, the ac at the centre was continuously making some humming noise
The bus was suppose to drop us at mumbai. It dropped at us thane. Took a taxi paying 1k to tthe airport. Not happy not at all.
Insufficient leg space. Bus was late by 80 minutes. Staff Not friendly. Not willing to give information when asked. Have to repeat the questin.
