pick up point changed without our notice. we chased bus to get in as driver was not aware to pick up. bad communication
1)punctuality:very bad Bus arrived at surat around 07:00 pm against the scheduled departure time of 05:45 hours. 2.)Bus staff took additional passengers along the journey route even though bus was full to the capacity(this is a common among all bus operators on this route except luxury buses such as Volvo/Mercedes etc.).these passengers are accommodated in aisle , and subjected to inhuman travel conditions as they themselves are this creates problems for other passengers also while moving in or out of the bus at stoppages during the journey as literally not an inch of floor space is left to walk in aisle. Please do something about this If you can.
