Time of bus arrival on redbus ticket was 6:30am and bus arrived at 8:30am *there was no office at pickup point and no one to respond *no one attained call (both number were provided by redbus) *no one picked up phone call at redbus customer care also as it was 6:30 in d morning(which is ok) I was standing at petrol pump for two hours not knowing whether bus will arrive or not
Earlier redbus.in used to send SMS alert regarding expected arrival of bus and almost every other imo aspect including bus number. This time I dint get any SMS alert. In this regard I was bit disappointed and there was little inconvenience of finding out which bus to board and had to wait almost an hour for the bus. Apart from that the journey was smooth and enjoyable.
