First time very frustrating experience with red bus booking, we have been waiting more than an hour earlier at the bus station & in corresponding pick up point informed by APSRTC persons. When we inquired about delay in arrival of bus we are not informed in ethical manner by APSRTC staff & he said it can be half to one hour late & wait there. When requested again after an hour we were informed cooly that bus left earlier & it didnt came to the pick up point. If i received the driver no in message i would have called him & avoided this mesh.Later after so many request we were provided seats in 8.30PM bus as i dont find any other private transport. We reached our destination 4Hrs later due to all this ridiculousness. It will be better if some actions will be taken to avoid this incurrence to other travellers.
