Bus was stopped at 4:30 am at a place that did not have a toilet. Driver asked me to use the open area behind the shops. I have heard the same feedback from some of my friends who used SRS. You have set-up a helpline for women travelers but completely ignored the fact that you need to train your staff to ensure the safety of women. Please take this feedback seriously and make sure your buses stop for a break at places that have proper toilet facilities.
There was cigarette smell in the bus for some time. While booking tickets also website does not provide details whether it is Seater or Sleeper.
The bus was late by 30mins to arrive. It broke down in the middle. Had to change to a different bus.
It was a pathetic journey, since the bus arrived half an hour late, and driver doesnt know the root to the bus stop..thats ridiculous..and later after 200+km, bus got a problem, had to stay ideal for more han half an hour on a road..finally new bus was arranged, and reached bangalore 2hrs late..
