When AC is not working in a AC bus which departs at 2 pm! How worse can it be? On complaint was told by the driver that he knew the problem and it is like that only, even after turning it on completely. My wife and kid nearly vomitted because of the suffocation, horrible experience. Rather would have taken a NON-AC bus !
Its a old bus... Started on time but reached 1hr late
this is the worse bus i have ever travelled. AC Vent was repair, all the curtains, bedsheets etc were very unclean and unwashed. it was noon and it was vry hot..but the ac vent didnt wurk. we asked for change in seats but the other seat was also the same - dirty and vent repair, only then v realised that the AC itself is not wurking :(. it was disgusting. though it is only rs.500 in other multi-axle volvo sleeper buses. i paid rs.1200 totally rs.3600 for 3 tickets which is not even worth a penny. pls dont ever travel in dis bus ever.
Bus condition was not at all good. Ac in our seat was not working. I went through so much of trouble throughout the journey, being a motion sickness patient it was very difficult for me to travel 4 hour of journey in that suffocation. I even tried to contact bus operator but he said he was helpless he could do nothing about it because AC was damage. Also the curtain rod was broken and it also disturbed me throughout the journey.
