Redbus showed the bus starting time as 9:30pm from Sattur. We got a message from KPN on that day stating the boarding time as 9:15pm. We reached the roadside pick-up point at 9:10pm. Bus came at 10:40pm. We waited on the roadside for 1.5 hrs with absolutely no information from anyone! When we called the phone numbers given to us by redbus, all we got was it will come after multiple attempts when no-one picked our call. The bus driver and conductor were unapologetic and they brushed off my query on the delay by the bus.
Bus is very late. And also no one is picking the call. Worst response from KPN
It is so horrible..bus got cancelled..they dint inform me even
