As per your Redbus website, the bus timing at Satara was 6.15 pm. But the bus reached at 7.15 pm. I faced lots of difficulty for tracing the Bus staffs Mobile no, Bus timing and Bus registration no. I didnt receive any SMS. After waiting till 6.30 pm, when I enquired from Neeta Tours office of Kokhapur, they informed that the buss normal timing at Satara is 7.15 pm. Then how come Redbus has incorporated this Buss timing as 6.15 pm for Satara. Please rectify the same on urgent basis so that people wont face any problem.
The bus was a normal AC bus and not a Volvo. The bus quality was soo bad that the roof was leaking and the water was dripping on the passengers.the arrival at satara was on time but I reached Mumbai 6 hours after the scheduled time.
bus kept making unscheduled stops . took passengers to earn quick buck. loud volume on the indoor movie. halt for lunch at 1230h when it is not really time for lunch. no sense of urgency to reach destination
GM It was very bad experience with your kid of 9 month. We had booked ticket at 11.35 form MARATHA PALACE and waiting for bus NEETA TRAVEL.They saw at boarding point but not stopped. We had shown handkerchiefs but they neglect our family. After contacting at kolhapur office and wasted 15 min .They had agreed to stop at SURROR nearly 40 KM.we had travel by own transport of RS 900...which is more costly than MUMBAI TO SATARA. Major factor is that NEETA driver and staff know us because on 19 Apr we had travel by same team. My concerned about 24 Apr travel 1) Our Family was depressed during complete journey 2) we required reambusme amout of RS 900. 3) Online booking is useless if boading point and booking time difference is less than 15 minutes. Our system should be so advance that we will not disturb any journey after all customers is paying amount within 90 seconds.
