no pillow or blankets given better carry your own and driver was rash so take your own chance.
As usual no arrangements for ladies toilet while traveling such a long journey and that too in the cold weather. More the 5 hours bus traveled through big cities but place for ladies toilet. Gents got down 4 times on road side for toilet but ladies cant do the same. How come other travels in the same route able to arrange toilets for ladies. This is bad on VRL staff.
