The bus was delayed by several hours and hence I was to board the bus at very odd hours. When I decided to cancel, it was not possible to cancel the ticket even two hours before the originally scheduled time.terrible
Actual time was 11.57pm,but the bus came by 2.30am.
I felt very bad in booking tickets through red bus. Tried 2 times but tickets were not confirmed but the money got debited from My account. Kindly avoid the server problems
