The bus quality was good. It also reached the destination at the promised time. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my Headphones and then driver was giving lame reasons for not giving back the headphones. Finally, after a long quarrel he handed over the headphones asking for 100Rs.
I had booked with SRS for boarding at Salem swarnapuri bus stop. Last minute the boarding location was changed saying the left side mirror was broken and we were asked to come to bypass. Though I was new to salem they didnt provide any transport to reach the new boarding point. Also the bus proceeded without the left mirror compromising on safety.
the last row seats really bad. if its the bus design issue then the ticket cost to be reduced for last row alone.
I booked the bus from Bangalore to salem well in advance.
