Given pick point is not good, second thing I spent 50 to 60 rs to follow up with u and SRE bus peoples. Driver is so arrogant and threatened me as if I will not come as per his instruction he will move forward ( I already there on given point). Very bad experience from SRE bus..
Dear Sir, I will never book a ticket with redbus again and here are the reasons why: 1. I stood at the boarding point Ranebennur Bypass, Halageri cross for nearly 2 hours, from 8-10 PM as the boarding time was 8:15. The bus driver/conductor first asked me to come to a hotel for boarding the bus 13 kms from the mentioned boarding point, I refused. Then the bus passed the boarding point without stopping. 2. The SRS travel guy called and said you missed the bus(which was not my fault) and asked me to go 20 kms farther where the bus was stopped. I tried talking to the bus driver/conductor, he talked to me in a very stupid, rude and insulting way. 3. I had to reach that point(20 kms from bypass) by taking an auto which cost me 300 Rupees, I felt too much harassed and bothered. So I demand an apology and Red Bus to pay me 300 Rupees.
