They kept changing seats even though we had booked tickets earlier ,except for that the travel was really comfortable.
The bus was started late from Ramanathapuram. The bus got repaired 3 to 4 times between Karaikudi. Then I was changed another Non Ac bus up to Trichy. At Trichy I did not got the Bus timely and too late. When I traveled from Trichy the bus met a small accident. So I shifted to another bus . Finally I reached Chennai too late. My all plans are delayed. Totally the PARVEEN bus service is very very........POOR
Bus broke down as the steering wheel got stuck and the driver could not steer the bus. Bus quality was very bad.
Bus was late approx 1 hour 30 minute I rarely catch my further train just 2 minutes before seats were not working properly not comfortable reservation time shown on redbus upto egmore but they said it was only guindy time which was 15 km early first time bad experience with redbus
