Bus punctuality is OK but seats were very bad condition & no TV in luxury buses both buses
Bus was scheduled for 7pm but it turned up at 8.23 pm only. When trying to contact the number in ticket, it was switched off and landline was unanswered. They left us in a pathetic situation without any information. We could make alternative arrangements also, as we dont know for sure when this bus will come. Over all very bad experience. Will not book kpn again
The bus started on time from Ramnad. Somewhere in between the engine developed some complications and we waited for a bus which would drop us at Madurai. Then we got on another bus which took us to Chennai. Not many complaints as
