SRS travels experience to bad staff is not respond properly
Hi, I had very bad experience yesterday(17/04) traveling in SRS travels from Rajapalayam to Bangalore. I was called multiple times before the boarding time and when I reached on time to the boarding stop,The bus in which I was supposed to travel had left and I was sent in another bus(which I was unaware) that also goes to Bangalore. There was no ticket conflicts until I reached Madurai which was 2.5hrs after the boarding time and I was told no ways they can get me to my actual bus. So I had to travel to Bangalore sitting next to the driver over the engine. When tried to contact that drivers number, he removed the SIM card out of his phone after multiple calls from me and whole night his mobile was not reachable. For crying out loud I had paid INR 1000 and traveled whole night sitting on that hot and loud spot unable to close my eyes even for a single minute. I was awake the whole travel of 8.20pm to 7am next day. Worst travel I have ever done in my life.
I was made to travel 90kms on my own stating that the bus for which i have booked was brokedown....i was supposed to get bus at rajapalayam at 7.15pm but i was made board a bus at madurai at 11.pm...i was informed by staff that if dont wish to travel that distance i can cancell the ticket....worst experience
