Customer Reviews of SRS Travels

Bus came late by 1.30 hrs. Took lot of time to reach Vadodara. Much of the time is spent on delivering courier, no value for passenger time. Bus halt is done at worst hotel in the morning.

The bus quality was great. Thats exactly why we went with SRS travels through red bus. But I dont understand why a bus thats supposed to start at 10:30pm begins to board at 12am. Thats just unacceptable given that my dad, whos 66 years of age, had to wait at the katraj pickup point, in the peak of the night, while it was raining, for an additional 1.5 hours! This seems to be a trend with these buses... so says the reviews!
