The bus didnt stop at the designated stop. When i called the conductor said that was not the designated stop. Hence, i had to spend another 150 bucks to reach the bus.
Bus was great. Staff inside bus were great. Bus got delayed and no way to contact the bus ensured that people waited for an hour without a clue. Poor show by red bus /SRS in not sharing the bus number / tracking info.
Bus timings should improve.
Would appreciate if SRS focusses on punctuality, also, the noise levels inside the bus was quite disturbing as there was no partition to block the noise of the horn
