Bus was late by 3 hrs at Surat. Later it broke down after Vapi and an alternate seater bus (as against sleeper coach) was arranged. Had to fight with VRL to convince for the difference amount and had unpleasant experience. Will surely try and avoid VRL for any further travel. regards, Sangram
