The new boarding point is very dark and lonely place. Not good for people traveling alone. The change of boarding was not informed properly. Took 2 hours more than expected
If you could ask the crew to manage the temperature inside it would go a long way. The bus was freezing post 3 am. I hope this feedback reaches the right person who can do something about it
