Water leakage above my seat. Not comfortable at all. Staff is also not picking up the phone while i was calling him for pickup. I had to call them as they bus was late by 30mins.
Bus never reach to Mumbai on time.. Unnecessary hault in lonawala, which wastes lot of time..
The operator changed the pick up location from one location to another. I spent Rs 545 in auto to catch 452 Rs bus.
