Condition of the vehicle not excellent as expected , could not sleep well in the night. Sheets brown and did not appear clean , would prefer white ones so that we are sure the are unused . The lamps not working in the cabin . rest was fine.

Neeta Travels service quality is degrading day by day. No time puncutality. No information about the incoming bus. they dont even bother you to inform you if the bus is being delayed by 2 and half hours. All their contact nos were dead. No customer care number. This was my last travel with NEETA TRAVELS.
