Before the Portuguese invasion, Madgaon was home to numerous temples and Hindu Mathas belonging to the Vaishnava sects and was known as Mathagram. There are a number of churches in Madgaon; a few of the famous churches are the Holy Spirit Church, the Grace Church, the St Sebastian Church and the Monte Hill Chapel. Time wasnt maintained and its too much late. The bus was breakdown in midway and changed two buses...i am irritated too much really...
the seats are too congested & poor leg space, also the refreshment stop (nataraj hotel) was bad as the food quality is very poor & costly as well. Neeta management should look into this very seriously, as a customer I will prefer to get any other bus to avoid this hotel.
I booked the tickets for a Mercedese Benz Multi Axil Semi Sleeper Bus.... However, to my worst surprise the bus that arrived at Mitra Mandal Chowk, Swargate was a shabby looking bus, with low standard seats and the blankets were torn. The sad part was that, the Manager for Neeta Bus.
I reached Madgao KTC bustand at 11:30 am instead of 6:30 am.Ridiculous.Missed my seminar 1st half.
