Bus was late. Quality of bus is very poor. Cant recommend.
No provision for keeping luggages, AC is worst, no additional staff except drivers
More than one hour late while boarding and its reach two hour late. Because of the brand name KPN and REDBUS we booked. Thats is worst travel in my life. All windows make some even its a/c bus, we cant sleep a minute.
The bus was late by 2 hrs. Neither Redbus nor KPN bothered to give information of being late. It took around 15 mins to get in touch with Redbus call center. KPN head office number was not picked. The passangers were in panic - 2 ladies. KPN and Redbus service - completely poor poor and not acceptable at all. They are money minded and not service oriented for the money customer pays. KPN and Redbus kept the passangers in panic in the remote area until 10.15 pm. Not at all acceptable. We have decided not to recommend KPN. We think that Redbu responsibility does not stop just in booking service. They should also ensure that the customers are given proper service by the operators.
