SRS office closed in Pudukottai. SMS telephone number not working. No idea whom to contact and where the bus will reach. Hence I have visited first time to the city.
The bus started little later but reached the destination in time. The driver refused to stop during natures call for an old sugar patient.Bus should have scheduled stops / breaks.
Bus journey was comfortable ,but the bus arrived 30 minutes late, also the bus driver did not stop for nature calls at the right time which inconvienced the ladies.We had told the driver to stop at Nammakal next main stop and inform us so that we can relieve ourselves which he failed to do so and had to wait for another 2-3 hours which inconvienced the lady passengers travelling on the bus...
