one bus seat is not good and no option i have to take it. no sleep entire night. very bad experience
I have booked single sleeper, but when i checked in, it was double shared. Though i was comfortable with co-passsenger, it could be an issue at times
Different time for boarding mentioned during booking and different time mentioned on day of travel but bus came one hour late
The bus was 1.5hrs late. The bus scheduled at 11:00 reached at pickup point in palakkad by 12:30. Tried KPN travels Salem office and the landlines provided in Redbus ticket. But there was no response from palakkad office (not picking up calls in-spite of calling 20-30 times) and Salem office not ready to track the bus saying "server is down". I wasnt even sure i was standing at the right location or bus is indeed coming. Not the best way of customer service. KPN could use more customer friendly staff and showing some courtesy with the customers would go a longway, considering that they are paying premium price for the services.
