Pros : Overall the bus is clean Cons : Not a pleasurable ride as the driver was driving fast and did not avoid potholes
- Bus came 2 hours late. I had to wait at the roadside in pouring rain for that much time. That too close to midnight - There was no proper communication as to where the bus was and how much it was going to be delayed - The call center guys at the phone numbers provided kept giving me the drivers and conductors phone number- and nobody responded on these numbers - Once boarded inside the bus, a Telugu movie was being played at full blast till almost 2 am. Cant sleep with all that sound.
bus and travel was nice also the staff behaviour. The only problem was I booked the ticket from palakkad to madiwala(Bangalore). But there was some person who booked ticket from electronic city(bangalore) to hyderabad with the same seat as mine (H4). So i had to get up from my seat and wait near the drivers seat from electronic city to madiwala. Also the passenger who got on from electronic city didnt had enough manners.Apart from that journey was superb and wish to travel with redbus again.Hope such incidents wont happen again.
