very very poor in punctuality and quality, more stages for road side passengers
The journey was pleasant, The staff called me to enquire when and where I was boarding, and the driver was driving safe. The only hitch was there was a flat tyre near a Dhabha and then I noticed that the tyres were totally, repeat totaly worn out. They need to replace tyres immediately before there is a major mishap.
The Bus quality was very poor with old bed linen not cleaned for more than one month. Puntuality was beyond imagination, instead of 10.30 pm it came at almost close to 12.00 pm. The staff behaviour was so pathetic. The Driver and conductor could not afford to wait just for a minute while dropping us at Rau Circle, Indore and the bags were just thrown out on the roads. In all the Verma service is the worst even one can see and they are bound to loose their customers in the long-run with other competitive operators. The staff needs proper training. When they came late and waited at the Shirdi for more than 20 minutes, we did not question them and why could not spend a few minutes for proper droping at the selected points.
