Bus was stranded for 2 hours at midnight . Got late by 1.5 hrs
My travel yesterday was good. I was not well and hence had to request the bus driver for an additional toilet break. He was kind enough to allow me. Just one suggestion for the toilet breaks - Please ask your staff member to check if all the passengers are back after the toilet breaks. It happened with me once that the bus was leaving without picking me up and I had to run and catch it somehow.
Individual tv is provided but never works. Should prefer a berter place to stop in between Overall it was a good journey
We faced lot of problem . We booked Khurana travels. Worst experience as the bus was delayed by 3 hours, then they stopped us in between the road to exchange the bus, we were 36 passengers and the bus capacity was just 30. We faced problem that the other bus passengers were not ready to leave the bus. And we got stuck for 8 hours. We reached hyderabad by 9:00 pm the next day. It was 24 hours journey. Worst experience
