when i stepped into the bus i was really happy that i getting back to my home after long time.but i really felt bad after stepping in.because due to some technical problem or any human error i just booked 5 seats 2 boy 3 girls and a mail received from ur website for confirmation was too correct but the the list which the ticket checker was carrying was fully wrong.all the 5 tickets were in my name and all was mentioned gender were MALE and that person began too shout at me. i argued that it might be some technical error.but still he says i too have done the mistake some what felt bad.im writing this bcoz this review might help you to make this will not happen again to others or even to me at any of my next trips.
