Too late to depart and no proper update about it.
The bus was not maintained well. The ticket charge is not worth. No waterbottles and the blanket was almost thinner than handkerchief. The bus was late by 2 hours.
I got the reporting time message from KPN. Reporting time was at 8:45 and we came there at 8:35. However bus did not arrive till 9:30pm. My little kid was crying for milk. We had a real bad time. The other thing I want to tell is that, I wish they fix a dark curtain for the window berths near window. The light from the highway and other small towns that bus crosses enters into our seats and disturbs us. The current thing you have fixed is of no use.It doesnt hide the light or anything. Please do the needful. THe last thing I wanted to tell is, We didnt get the blanket. THe bus staff does not believe us when I asked we didnt get any. My wife was feeding the baby as baby was crying so much. The staff simply pulled off the curtain to double check if there is any blanket as he didnt believe us. My wife was shocked. THe staff should have some manners. The only thing I liked is bus quality. It was very nice. No broken shelf etc. Good smooth flow of AC etc.
I wanted to get drop near to airport and I requested bus staff to drop me there but they didnt agree. If I would get drop near to airport that would have been convenient to me so same can be made available next time.thanki g yo u me. So
