If I have to use one word then it is "PATHETIC". Bus arrived at source at 7:30 PM where the scheduled time was 5:50. No special darshan entry was given where we had to spend ~13 hours inside the Tirupathi temple cell. Return journey was the worst of the lot. Bus dropped us @ Anand Rao circle in Bangalore @ midnight when the destination was supposed to be Mysore. The driver said that he doesnt have any information regarding dropping to Mysore. We had to stop the police during midnight and had to complain. The driver didnt budged to any comments; finally he dropped us @ Satellite bus stand Mysore raod, Bangalore. This all happened during midnight when a lady was with me. We had to arrange for our own transport from Bangalore to Mysore. Having said all this, I would like to know what fucked up service you guys provide even after charging a hefty 2150 per head. Take proper action against the culprit and make sure you refund back the money which we spent to travel to Mysore (~800 for 2) using Volvo service. If you dont respond to this or dont take any proper action, I am going a step above to sue you.
