Dear Red Bus, My journey was breaked in two buses. One From Mysore to Bangalore - Bus was late due to driver and his assitant were busy to pick local passenger from every small place. Driver was most of the time on phone during drive and some call were from his office also which is dangerous on Highway. From bangalore to Trupati was good without any mistake. But we should be inform during the booking that journey will be breaked. we feel okward as to shift luggage. hope these mistake will be take care in future.
I booked a ticket from mysore to tirupathi in Seabird Tourists travels from redbus. These people are simply idiotic about female passengers. My actual bus is at 6.30PM at mysore(i can see only 5-10 tickets booked untill 6PM), so story starts here. At 6.30 they simply called me and told bus has been cancelled due to technical fault and they told get into some other travels bus and reach banglore and we arranged a bus from there to tirupathi. So i get into the other bus and reached banglore and in the middle these people called me again and told we cant arrange you a bus from banglore to tirupathi at 11PM in the night. So i told the Seabird representative and told him to come to banglore Anandrao circle police station so that im at the police station to write a complaint against their travels. In a minute they booked me a ticket with some other travels arranged a journey to tirupathi. If you are a single female traveller i recommend NOT to travel in seaboard(Its upto you dont blame me). These bunch of idiotic people never learn how to behave with a women. Redbus should take this seriously otherwise people will lose interest on you. We know your job is untill booking ticket, But its not good sign to maintain irresponsible bus operators on your website. I booked around 50 tickets in your redbus and please dont make me to goto your competitors.
Got our booked seats from Mysore to Bangalore but at Bangalore we were shifted to anothe bus (due to reason Unknown) we were told that we would get the same seats we had booked in the new bus at Bangalore... But were given last corner (end seats without push back) where me n my family member were separated... They had informed to drop us at Tirupati by 4.30 am but dropped very early at 2 am completely annoyed with the service.
