It was good travel experience
Not at all good.matress is smelling.no bed sheets...TV is not Dr... cockroaches roaming on the mattress...worst experience Reachd at 2pm instead of 9am
Staffs were very very arrogant and the bus got delayed by 3 hours from the ETA
If I am travelling in a Scania bus I expect the elite behavior from the Ground staff and the Bus staff. But the case here was different. Also passenger from such bus can afford some money for breakfast and hence good restaurant for it. But this bus was stopped at one dirty dhaba near Kolhapur. It was not suitable for eating and for using wash rooms. There were ample amount of trucks located near this hotel. making passengers bit uncomfortable and scary. About Punctuality : The Bus route as (Mysore>Bengaluru>Pune) should be mentioned here in your websites. As traveler can understand the route. If driver is running late, then to drop Katraj paseenger he should have taken a new Katraj Bypass and should have travelled back to this stop(a distance of 10 mins), rather than going by Katraj ghat which took more than 45 mins to cover similar distance.
