Bus Pick-up point mentioned in ticket was Rama-swamy circle but the bus stopped opposite Maharaja Hotel, due to this, family had to walk a bit with all the luggages. This bus was pick up and drop at Bangalore, followed by another pick-up and drop to another location where a final bus to Pondicherry was departing. Overall experience was painful and tiring. I would think twice to travel with such experience.
Didnt expected that i would be travelling to bengaluru in 3 different buses.......
We had to change 2 times to another bus, without knowing it before. It was all in all a bit unclear. Rest was comfortable.
They made me wait for more than two hours on the road, took me through three different vehicles and reached three hours late.
