The service was good, but they made me take 3 buses to reach goa from Mysore, the distance from Mysore to Bangalore was in a semi sleeper bus and then a sleeper from there, this was not mentioned in the initial itinerary.
I had to change 2 buses which I was not aware of. One at Columbia Asia and another in Bangalore. The bus after Bangalore was a sleeper and till there was a semi-sleeper. Also I had selected drop as Mapusa but the bus went only till panaji. That was a major setback.
I am sorry to say that the experience with the booking with you was really bitter. The bus was initially broken down at quite a distance from Goa. Then at the Karnataka - Goa boarder all the passengers were made to stand for hours together for some issue, where all the passengers had to suffer. I feel very bad on this.
