the bus was super punctual in terms of timing, reached two hours before time. also the bus was clean
It was in vehicle KA 41A9599. It was worse journey forever. The vehicle was in totally poor condition. From Munnar to Kerala Tamil Nadu border we have to travel in non AC bus.Even we did not get proper vehicle number prior to the travel. KPN is the most bad travel agency. They have no system. We did not expect this type of service from red bus. Please improve your services and dont chit customer, give them proper information regarding the travel. It is full wastage of our hardly earned money.
The bus quality could have been better. Otherwise the trip was good. Frm Munnar to Udumalaipet was in a NonAc bus.
I paid AC fare for munnar to bangalore trip, but they travlled with us 85 km in non-ac bus, that should not fair enough. we paid 2100 approx for 2 people. It is not worthful.
