No charging point, bus wasnt clean, bus broke down for 5 hrs
The behavior as well as the management of the entire seabird staff is very poor. There are two connecting buses for this route and the change is done in bangalore. I was travelling with luggage i.e my bicycle and being informed that dropping point and luggage unloading points are different i had to go to some other drop point to unload my bicycle. This made me miss my connecting seabird bus from bangalore to vellore.
It was terrible.I booked an A.C. bus but the bus was changed for the travellers mentioning that the bus was having technical issues. Also we paid for a.c semi-sleeper bus but were made to travel through a rubbish, uncomfortable, noisy sleeper bus. The worst scene was when we asked them to give us our balance money in return, they even refused to do that.No matter how hard we tried. Some passengers had to travel to TamilNadu. They could have arranged something for us immediately. But they didnt .Instead what they did was to make us wait for another 3-4 hrs even after so much delay. The bus driver and conductor had known the technical issues inPune itself. There only they could have changed the bus but they didnt and made us suffer badly. We were supposed to reach Bangalore in afternoon at nearly 1-2p.m but we reached at 8:00p.m. I was supposed to reach Vellore by evening 5:00p.m. but reached next day at nearly 4:00 a.m. I hated this.WOULD NEVER EVER PREFER IT AGAIN OR SUGGEST ANYONE. All this bullshit they made us suffer so much!!!
This journey will go as the worst journey of all time. The bus was delayed from the mumbai itself by 1 hour. There was no stop on 11/5/15 after the halt at 7 am. Then there was once again delay at banglore for 1 hour. In total the schedule time for the arrival was 4 pm but we reached at 7 pm. so kindly solve the problem.
