Bus was an hour late at pick up point itself and getting through to the contact number took multiple efforts during each attempt. It got delayed a further 1.5 hours during travel leading to a total delay of 2.5 hours. Also, the VRL office at pick up point was closed so there was no place to sit and wait during the tiresome and agonising delay. Bad experience!
