I had to ask for blanket thrice then they provided the same. Not at all co operative.was around 3 hour late.
Booked for the 7:45 bus. The day of travel got a message that the bus is at 6:30. They shifted the seats to an earlier bus without even checking or giving me an option of cancellation. On top of it, the bus was very unhygienic, no water or blanket was provided. AND it was delayed.
upper sleeping berth are small, you cant adjust yourself into it... also there is no charging socket...
