Horrible, first of all I could not available the journey on 16.08.2016. Bus timing was at 12.40 am but did not reach the bus at pick up location until 3 pm upto which I have waited for the bus and then returned back to res. Please arrange to refund of bus fare. Staff as well as management is horrible, not even bother to inform the passenger about the delay. I want refund of my bus fare. Even I could not available the journey scheduled on against TIN no TJ9B47233534 because of your wrong intimation system when management do not inform the passenger properly
