Very courteous and well behaved staff, cooperative throughout the travel. The bus condition was one of THE BEST Ive traveled in, till date. Bus was a little late, but that can be excused owing to the Mumbai traffic.
The bus was late by 55 mins. Thr was no msg from VRL abt bus details till 1.36 pm, a min before the arrival of the bus. On my own called all the 4 nos given on website informing that we will board from Malad. No one gave a damn, and when the bus arrives all this late the staff blames my wife and I because apparently they were waiting for 20 mins at the previous stop. On being asked abt the phone call they should have made had they stopped they had no answer. Big liars your staff on that bus. I am not travelling with you guys ever again. As far as seats L3 and L4 are concerned, the AC vents dont work properly as can be checked. Hence the poor rating on bus quality. And with the kind of staff aboard, do you think I even bothered complaining? Because I dont intend to travel with you people.
They only care for the passengers that are traveling to the final stop i.e. Bangalore. Also wrong advertising stating that the bus would be going to Pune station, however it does not goes to Pune station.
The bus came late by one and half hour. The bus got stopped at many points due to fault in bus. I reached late at home. The service of VRL is very very bad. Henceforth, I would not prefer VRL bus service.
